1. Buyer Protection Overview
All purchases are completed through a documented process designed to improve transparency,
reduce uncertainty, and keep the transaction clearly structured from beginning to end.
Each order includes a 10-day inspection period and may qualify for a refund review where the relevant conditions apply.
2. 10-Day Inspection Period
After the vehicle arrives, the customer has 10 days to review the vehicle and confirm
that it aligns with the agreed description, condition, and specifications.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
- The vehicle does not materially match the agreed description.
- Undisclosed damage or defects are identified.
- There are major discrepancies in condition, specifications, or vehicle details.
- The vehicle cannot be delivered under the agreed terms.
4. Return Process
If an issue is identified within the 10-day inspection period, contact support with the relevant transaction details
so the matter can be reviewed and the return process can be guided appropriately.
- Collection arrangements may be coordinated as part of the return review.
- All keys, documents, and included accessories should be returned.
- The vehicle should remain in the same condition as received, subject to normal inspection.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return has been approved and all required steps are completed, the refund is processed in line with the agreed review outcome.
- The approved refund amount is returned through the applicable payment method or bank process.
- The aim is a clear and fair outcome without hidden deductions outside disclosed terms.
6. Situations That May Not Qualify
- The 10-day inspection period has expired.
- The issue was disclosed before purchase.
- The vehicle has been modified, misused, or damaged after arrival.
- Incorrect or incomplete buyer information affected the transaction.
7. Confirmation Requirement
For buyer protection, all payment details should be confirmed directly before funds are transferred.
Payments made without completing the required confirmation steps may affect refund review eligibility.
8. Final Acceptance
Once the 10-day inspection period has passed and the vehicle has been accepted, the transaction is considered complete.
The goal of this policy is to keep the process clear, secure, and fair for both the customer and the transaction overall.
